💡 Wohooo! Day 12 from the 30-Day Rejection Challenge. 
😇 The purpose of this Challenge is to desensitize ourselves from the pain of rejection and overcome our fears. This will enable us to stop taking rejection personally and be more courageous in taking action towards our dreams and goals. Let's do this!
💁🏻‍♀️ Today’s challenge is to ask a barista to teach you how to make matcha latte.
✅ Step 1: Pick a random coffee shop.
✅ Step 2: Ask a barista if they can teach you how to make matcha latte.
✅ Step 3: Notice their reaction. Notice how you're feeling.
🥰 If they say no, don’t take it personally. If they say yes, make me a matcha latte next time you see me. Haha.🤩 
If they say 'yes' remember to go for one more and get a 'no' for the day. Our goal is to get rejected by one person every single day for 30 days in row. 😅

💖 At the beginning of the week, at 7 o'clock in the morning, on a cool summer day that gives you that "as it should be" feeling, I was on the DLR platform. There is where I change the train on my way to the office. With zen music in a headset and my nose in a book. We were waiting for the train to arrive. A guy with a mask on his face approached me.
💴 He was waving a £20 bill in the air.
🤪 He seemed to be in a hurry to ask me something. He was in a hurry, but I'm in a zen mood that cannot be disturbed, where haste exists only on rare occasions lately.
- Can you top-up my Oyster with £20 please? he asks me.
- Ok. Let’s go. I go with him to the machine and only then do I understood what he wanted. He didn't have a bank card, and at the station you could only pay with a card. He wanted me to pay  with my card and give me cash.
- I didn’t event think about it and I recharged his Oyster with £20 pounds. He gave me the £20 and thanked me wholeheartedly several times.
🚝 The train came we went in our separate directions. 
🙏🏻 12 hours later, when I get off the Dlr at my station, someone behind me said "Thank you!" He puts his hands in prayer and leans in front of me.
💖✨ He was the person I helped this morning. Although we had met in another station in the morning, as it turned out, in fact, we have been neighbours for over 1 year. We live only a few minutes away. What are the odds?
He expressed his gratitude several more times.
💖 It's brilliant to know that you planted a little seed of good and that you were able to help someone.
🙏🏻 What a blessing to be able to do this.
💖✨ Studies show that when you feel grateful, your sleep, mood and immunity improve.
💖✨ Gratitude reduces depression, anxiety, chronic pain and the risk of disease.
😂 💊 If there was a pill that could do all this, we'd all take it.
😌 Our brain is set on solving problems, more than on appreciation.
